He looks like he's told to deny troop positions but I think he totally makes the point crystal clear of Russia's concern about NATO and encirclement. The biggest concern which has always been there since donkeys years. US never paid any attention to Russia's concerns...... that wont change so confrontation must be increasing in that case.

And he says in the video "no official military" have crossed into Ukraine.

It's not a matter of believe, its a matter of following orders. However, the bigger issue is the one you ignored in your reply as well as Washington will ignore the same thing.

NATO stands for North Atlantic Treaty. Is NATO in the Pacific? Not that I am aware of.
