Thats a redfish and among fish eaters its sub average (why do you think it only got popular when blackened...ie over done with spices its also cheap and abundant..at the time)

Red Snapper is far better

Grouper (Real grouper not the fake grouper most of you left coasters get) is even better

and Cobia Is light years better

personally I wont eat redfish, shark, king mackeral or really any fish i wouldnt eat raw
