Scammer alert: OnlineMarketingServices
 

I was contacted by David aka OnlineMarketingServices, him saying that he would be able to offer me banner traffic. Upon sending him prepayment in the amount of $300 for a test, I was told that the campaign would go live by the end of the working day. It is safe to say that was not the case. For the next 24 hours I have been getting rare responses to my messaging him via Skype, him saying that there had been some issues he needed to resolve. Our final agreement was that either the banner went live by the morning of the third (!) working day, or he was supposed to refund me.
It has been three days, and at the moment I am unable to get in touch with him via email, Skype or ICQ. Suddenly it appears as if he is offline (I strongly suspect he is in an invisible mode) most of the time, and I keep getting notifications of failed mail delivery attempts. The absence of any refund goes without saying.

Too bad, don't pay upfront.. If you payed paypal you can file a dispute, just be careful next time scammers are everywhere.

What's the GFY user name & Wh at's the paypal ID, You must be do complain with cybercrime.
