How Does This Happen?..
I was having a quiet night watching some Youtube PHP tutorials on the TV - I saw an ad for some software and thought it looked interesting - I went to the computer had a look and changed my mind - Then I got distracted again...
Long story short, it's 7 HOURS later, my laptop is now running Chrome OS (WTF?) and I know no more about PHP than when I started:mad:..... |
That's actually pretty hilarious. I'd suggest you DON'T tackle programming if you're that easily distracted, though.

I didn't think you could install Chrome OS on just any computer. I had Cr OS Linux (kind of mimics Chrome OS) installed through live USB and liked it, but I didn't stick with it.
Is this what you did?.... Quick Start Guide - The Chromium Projects Install Ubuntu first and then Chrome OS? Might have to give this a try. |
stop watching videos , start coding.
its much more fun and you will learn as you face issues, stackoverflow is your friend.. |
Bullshit. The tracker in my sig show your username loading from a microsoft OS

This is a start and should help - Practical Chrome: Playing with Chrome OS in VM - Make sure you note the bit about the network - I could have saved hours if I had just seen that one line - lol..... Once you have read that page go here - Tips for running Chrome OS (not Chromium OS) in VMWare Workstation/Player (May 2014) - It updates what he has said in the previous article... |
