Who ever is running thumb5.net took my blatenly took my text archive layout. Word for word, number for number. I paid good money for my layout. I tried to email him, but the email bounced and i need a whois on the site and the DNS lead me to SEXUGOLD.COM


Any ideas what to do next?

Maybe the reason why the e-mail bounched is because the site is down (thumb5.net).

You guys are funny most of these layouts all look the same besides the logo's. Its getting harder and harder to tell them apart lol. What did he steal the idea to do a box with alot of thumbnails in it? The color? Unless you invent a new language to create websites with, it will never be totally original. Unless you draw it all free hand I think "its just my idea" is a hard one to do lol.

Since you think you are the first person with that layout :1orglaugh Blame tgp design for copying your layout.

It's not very obvious he copied you unless you are actually looking for the said violation.

Besides, it's just simple link formatting theft (with different font and color). Out of the thousands of TGP's how many list their gallery links like...

Now if he had copied your graphic ideas, that's a different story. Graphics and overall look can be 100% new and original.

I've made the design/layout for Zach's both sites... Of course he has made the text links as he wants them and as it works best for him. And as he says the titles, description, positions, numbers, and appearance are EXACTLY the same.

I'm pretty surprised to see that so many of you think it's ok to steal other peoples work... It's fucking obvious that the thumb5 site has copied his text-layouts.
