Because: Science!
|
It's nice to see you get started on learning science, always best starting with the simple concepts. !
Looking forward to watching your progress! |
Thanks Mark, I'm going to show this to my son.
|
Yep going to show mine as well.
Nice find. |
i cant afford the equipment... :(
|
this is very nice science trick
|
Mind Totally Blown!
|
thats really cool!
And it's electric, lol. |

Thanks :) |

When I was a kid I used to play with all kinds of things electronics. You name it, I had batteries, motors, electro magnets, wind-up generators, lights, solar cells, meters... including a few of those 100-in-1 electronic kits. My dad got me started in that stuff when I was 5 or something like that. It was a lot of fun. I think giving a kid a creative toy or a toy that teaches is probably one of the nest things any parent can do for their kid. I never burned the house down or got into any trouble, except once. I took the coil off of our TV set's picture tube. I didn't disconnect it, just removed it from the picture tube. I replaced it with another coil and connected the 2 coils to the left and right channels of their home stereo. The result was a kind of dancing oscilloscope with music. ah, good times. |

you not only rejected that offer, you tried to spin it into an insult. dimwit. |

Watch the new Cosmos series if you haven't yet. They did a good episode on Faraday. The world would be a much better place if people knew as much about Faraday, Newton and Einstein as they already do about Lebron James and Beyoncé.
|
Quote:
P.S. I know about Beyoncé but have no idea who Lebron James is :helpme |
Quote:
Of course it is, but its still cool to see. It's something unexpected, and to see it travel through the wire is just... I don't know, cool! Quote:
I watched every episode of Cosmos and loved it. Entertaining and totally interesting. Something about the way they present the ideas, facts and history just kept glued to it. And yes I agree. We devote too much attention to celebs and not enough attention to things that really matter. Quote:

I learned some of this in elementary school, and some of it in high school. One of my favourite teachers was an electronics teacher, Mr. Mestan. He looked like a crazy scientist too, complete with the lab code and crazy gray scraggily eyebrows. Awesome. All I cared about was that class, my science class, and my computer classes. I barely passed french, history and the rest - just didn't care. |

nevertheless, as I mentioned, I gave you an opportunity for both of us to fuck off, YOU chose to decline, thus, here I am letting you know I am proud of you starting to actually embrace basic science concepts. and I am hoping you progress into more advanced science videos like newton's law of gravitation. |

Dynamo. I'm no scientist, but I happen to love science. The movement through the coil is cool because it is an unexpected demonstration of electromagnetism and Electromagnetic induction as CyberSEO correctly pointed out. It is very surprising to see, at least for me, and I wanted to share it with others here. That's it, that's all. Most people here appreciated it like I did. You on the other hand decided to enter this thread and throw a sarcastic condescending post at me in message #2. Then, when GspotProductions asked you why you were being sarcastic, and you told told him to go fuck himself. Quote:
Quote:
Keep in mind, no one had said anything bad about you yet. You went out of your way to throw 3 insults into a thread that (a) had nothing to do with you, and (b) contained no messages about you. So what's your problem? Why are you such a crybaby? Are you still mad that I don't want to be your BFF? Now you know why, Dynamo, now you know why. So now, please, for the last time: I'm not interested. Peace. |

However, if you're a man of faith, don't despair. Pope Francis has been saying some pretty cool things lately : Pope Francis declares evolution and Big Bang theory are real and God is not 'a magician with a magic wand' - Europe - World - The Independent Peace! |

Grow some balls. Again, I offered a chance for both to stop trolling each other, not be 13 year old girl BFF thingies. That option expired. Gofuckyourself. Dimwit. |
I could watch this for hours

What this is is your second science lesson, newton's laws of motion. an object in motion stays in motion until acted upon by an equal force. That's why I keep posting, I'm in motion. Here, here's a youtube you can understand |

that's a harsh way to learn science. Let's hope the OP sticks to youtubes for science learnin'! Bless his heart, he's finally trying to move past michael bay movies as the foundation for science. good for him too! :thumbsup |

I can say i honestly resent the implication that i am in someway dumb or uneducated because i think it is a cool idea. I actually have to ask myself ,why you need to pat yourself on the back in a thread about such a simple concept? Should we all preface our statements with educational backgrounds to escape your judgemental attitude? I for one would like to know your education level. Dyna mo? I think he just wants to have sex with **********. I just do not get cyberseo this time. ..usually level headed and good posts. Suddenly on attack.....i am guessing B.Sc. in either Physics or Engineering or Mathematics |

********** is a self-confessed troll, he's said it himself and even apologized for it, said he'd slow down/stop. When he didn't, I decided to show him what trolling is all about. then he turned into a butthurt wannabe troll. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh |

Once more, psycho - I don't want anything to do with you. I don't want to sell you anything or buy anything from you. I don't want to be your BFF, or your drinking buddy, or whatever the fuck you want from me. Please go get a good night sleep and then go see a doctor in the morning before you hurt somebody. Ok big guy? Think you can do that? |
This has a simple explanation... MAGNETS!

If you weren't so fucking dense, you'd see I treat all gfyers differently. For instance, you won't see me treat L-pink like a dick, or baddog, or many many people. YOu'd also notice I start many non-dicky threads and make plenty of non-dicky posts. Again, it's all OTR so you, as per usual, are completely wrong in your sweeping generalization. you can't see that though because you're a fuckwad, but that's why I act like a dick toward's you. the circle of life so gofuckyourself. |
Quote:
So it is your love of higher learning that made you lash out against people sharing a cool trick? High level math courses there so i am going to guess you have a degree in Mathematics. I do, and that looks like some of the same course material that we studied. You know in the pit of the education world that is Canada. |
Quote:
So again, You're a wannabe troll and I am showing you what trolling really is. |
Quote:
treat me like a dick and I will most certainly be a dick back. it's as simple as a battery going around in a circle. |
