i want to start adult tube site to make some money and i was wondering where do all the porn tube sites get their videos from? i want to download them an put my site watermark on them then reupload them to the big sites to try an get some traffic also what are the best affiliate an ad networks to join?

I am planning to work on a tube website, because I will need it for a network of blogs (embedded videos). I may work on more tube websites, later on, but I am not sure.

I am not sure, whether websites like this can be profitable (I mean, I know they can be, but from my point of view / perspective, it is probably hard), and how to make money with tubes.

I want to base the first site on Mech Bunny, find cheap (but good) unmanaged hosting, host my own videos (no embeds), and find good sources of paid traffic too.

I probably know about all, or most of the income sources for the tube, but I am not sure if it can be a profitable thing, and how. I feel more "comfortable" with sites like blogs, pinboards, and cj, money wise. Would you say that you see it in the same way too, more or less (edit: asking anybody who reads it, not just the first person who added the post)?

I want to use the first tube that I would make, not only for blogs, but also for Smart Cj websites (unique descriptions on cj sites, based on clips that I host, so they dont get deleted).

So, I will need a tube, one way or another, but I am not sure whether there is a chance for it to be a profitable site.

People make a lot of websites like this, lets say Wordpress tubes, and similar things, but from my perspective, I would not work on anything like this, and I think it is a good point of view. I think that it is better to have 1 good site, instead of 100 shitty, and thats what most of these tubes are. So, I would advise, work on something good / the best (like I am planning) or forget it, and work on something else (could be Wordpress, forum, or a pinboard site).

You can contact the biggest affiliate programs, get free access to paysites, and download them from there. Then shorten them, to whatever they tell you is good, and use it on the sites. I think, it can be done like this. I would say, that this is what they do on beeg.

There is a lot of good videos available at Bangbros (affiliate program, you would need to send them your id). I am planning to use them too. I would not pay for anything, it does not make sense, at this point, for me.

I am assuming that you want to make a tube website, and there is like 10,000,000 people, who try to do the same thing. You can make 10 or 100 websites like this, but for what? They are never going to be profitable, and this should be the goal. Thats why, from my point of view, it is the best to try to make a good site, or dont do it at all. You need to be towards the top of your niche / niches, to make money. General tubes (these are the biggest sites out there), and niche tubes (this would be probably better to work on, because of lower competition), is what you would be competing with. You wont be better than them with a Wordpress site, or sites, I would say. Thats how I see it, at this point. You want to work on something, with a goal to be towards the top of the niche, I would say...

what are the biggest affiliates to get videos from? and wouldnt it be alot harder to get niche related videos than just general porn?

BTW, hosting your own videos will mean you will need a lot of space and bandwidth on your server. Sign up as an affiliate to your chosen networks and contact them with what you need.

Well that depends on the niche of your tube. It all depends what type of porn you're into. Are you going to make a tube with teens, milfs? is it gonna be a glam-oriented tube? is it going to be with fetishes? or maybe even softcore?

Choose whichever niches you prefer - better to focus on something you know and love, rather than making a mishmash of everything; especially as you are just starting out.
