Considering my first tattoo - which body part?
I am considering first and only tattoo for myself.
So far I like these body places the best: http://s3-ec.buzzfed.com/static/2014...01719706-4.jpg http://s3-ec.buzzfed.com/static/2014...1719878-13.jpg Either inner or outer forearm. I am pretty determined only on these 2 particular places, which one should I go for? I know there are few tattoo enthusiasts here :) |

That inner arm spot you are showing would be by far the less painful. Keep in mind, not sure if anyone else has said this or not - or told you - but the closer to the bone and the less fatty, the more painful it is going to be. I have one on my inner wrist, it's bigger than I had planned, but went from my wrist up my arm a bit and they got down nearer to my wrist and that bone and it hurt like a bitch - the further up my arm it went, the less painful. If this is your first one - I'd do the inner arm there - it will be far far far less painful and it's a pretty cool place. You can still hide it if you choose. ;) |
Damn hipsters ...
|
How much to get you to get an Apple tattoo on yourself? ;)

Not sure how does tattoo relate to hipsters :) |

There is only ONE idea that I want to have as a tattoo. And even with that idea I am still not sure. Except for that idea I would not consider the tattoo ever :) And as for apple it would be never ever ever ever ever ever........ever ever. LOL No if someone offered me money, that would be another thought. And it would depend on how big of the tattoo and where. If it is small and hidden - 100K would suffice. If it is small and sometimes (in summer but not in winter for example) visible - 500K. If it is big and sometimes visible even more, if it is big and always visible even more :1orglaugh |
Jokes aside, don't get one. Chances are the design you like now and end up choosing is going to suck 20 years from now and you won't be happy. Less is more.
If you want to create something unique with more benefits than a tattoo, why not focus on building the canvas into a work of art and an object of desire instead of trying to paint on it? Hit the gym. :pimp |

Sleeves are not my style, they are even disgusting to me. Small tattoo is classy, sleeve is trashy :) No disrespect to anyone, it is just my subjective view. To each their own. |

Design is not the worry at all. My only worry if I still would like to have a tattoo when years go by. |

Neck & or Hands. That is assuming you are to big a pussy to do it on your face like a real man, lol. JK
For me (and yes, I have a couple good size pieces) Anything Id ever get would be covered by T-shirt and shorts. Mine are for me and the people I choose to explain their meaning too. But thats just me |
|
don't get your first tattoo in a place where it can been seen in the summer months - i.e. it's hidden even if you are wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
Many people regret their first tattoo and if that happens to you then you don't want to have to hide it all the time. if you get your tat and you are still happy with it after a year or so then go ahead and get your second anywhere you like - remembering that there are still some companies that will not employ people with visible tattoos. EDIT - forgot to say - never get a cartoon, logo or a picture done, always have a pattern or something like that, cartoons and images go out of style and are much easier to regret but patterns don't. |
Sleeves are trashy? No one told me. I worked in shops for many years as a body piercer...my advice...don't get anything that shows past a short sleeve shirt or shorts. But what do I know...I'm trashy.

no tattoos is a new trend ;)
