How do you split/distribute your time on multiple projects ?
 

how you guys are doing it ?
i mean lets say you have 3 project in hand so how do you distribute your time to give for each project,

you split working hours / day by projects you have
or
you split the week
or
you give each day for each project
or
you just focus on one project at a time, complete it and move on to another.

i am finding it difficult to manage/work on all 3 at the same time,

one is blog ,an android app , and affiliate program.

i am talking about coding n stuff.

so whats working best for you ?

I try to have some days set for sort of maintenance projects and some days for special projects. But sometimes things are on fire and the schedule is not perfect.

last time i focused on single project and after a month or so when i moved to another project i was completely blank like when and why did i did this, then i started to comment every step.
