BBC News - Malala and Kailash Satyarthi receive joint Nobel award

Well I don't know a great deal about the winners but pretty good speeches...... :2 cents:

Surely more deserved than Hussein in 2009

Kailash Satyarthi, Ok I know this guy and he has done good work and he deserve what he won.

Regarding the Malala let me put some light on it. She is now living in Birmingham, UK with all family members who migrated from Pakistan to UK. His father is now employed by Pakistani High Commission in Birmingham which he took forcefully, try to do a suicide in front of High Commission. Country where Malala belongs from (Pakistan) only 10% like this lady because most people say that she is media created personality, what she has done so far? only thing she has done is wrote a book against Taliban and got bullet, this is very common in country like Pakistan so this is nothing new. People killed in bomb blast and Taliban claim responsibility so what's the big deal. She said she is working on education but Where in UK! UK government already done enough on education and still doing it. UK don't need work from Malala but her own country need her. She should go back to Pakistan and do work there where the work is needed not in UK. They are now living wealthy life in UK with no fear and no plans to go back like mostly Pakistani do.... She travelled whole world after coming to UK but only country she didn't visit is her home country Pakistan.

She wont deserve this Nobel prize by any mean because what she has done in Pakistan is already been done by hundreds of young and old people but they are not getting attention by media. She is nothing but media created personality nothing else.

No surprise she came here, when she did, there was a big thing made that she would return home once her treatment was over - no-one was surprised that she didn't and that her extended family came over too.

Excuse me, but isn't London a town of Pakistan ?

There are not that many Pakistanis or even muslims in London or even the suburbs. Far more Pakistanis in the north of England - if youre thinking about protest photos well people travel to London from the north to do protests.

She is not in London! She lives in Birmingham

She cant go back as she would be probably shoot again.Plus it is possible to do work on it even if you are not located in country.

So I guess she's not baller enough for you.

She is now Asylum seeker in UK. What work she has done after getting treatment, going to estate school in UK on tax payer money and living in a big house with extended family and no plan to go back to Pakistan. She didn't even started her own NGO to work in Pakistan on education. What she has done before getting shot earn her and her extended family a good life in UK that's all.
