I don't think you are going to ever find a great deal of sensitivity in adult marketing, offense is part of the package. Besides as far as I know most sites are built around what users are searching for, not what progressives would like them to say. I doubt most of the people who google "shemale" use that term in conversation. I don't use it but I don't google it either, just not my thing.

The term shemale is so entrenched now on the internet that the complaints from a few disgruntled 'trans-women' is not going to change it.

I predict they're just going to have to suck it up and live with it.
