NEED : Geo redirection script for mobile and desktop traffic

Hi everyone, i am looking for a good Geo redirection script (free or paid).
I want to redirect my mobile and my desktop traffic to different landing pages based on location and device.

US Mobile to URL 1
US Desktop to URL A

CA Mobile to URL 2
CA Desktop to URL B

etc...
