Some prisons have a pod strictly for child molesters, another for gang dropouts and snitches. They're called special needs pods.

We've tried to get to the bottom of it,... but Rochard refuses to point to the area on the doll where Donny touched him.

I always just figured it was because Rochard had an obvious fascination/obsession with Belinda while she was with Donny. His posts during that time were always awkwardly flirty towards her while he belittled Donny in an apparent attempt to get her to dump him. Don't think anyone actually believes how Rochard happened to discover Donny's recent arrest, while randomly having a conversation with a Sheriff who works 30 miles away and is familiar with Donny.
