Paxum support?
Does Paxum have support staff other than Chris and Ruth?

Does anyone know if they do? It's kind of urgent.

Don't they have a phone number you can call? I wouldn't wait around for an answer from gfy if I had an urgent matter.

Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec This is a UPS Store amongst a row of shops. The Suite 205 presumably refers to a mail box within that store, I don't think that's the location of their support staff. Paxum is a Romanian operation with a minimal base in Canada that's basically a front for the operations. Cards are issued by a bank in Belize and the ownership is Romanian. |

Unlike most professional peer to peer payment processors Paxum do not seem to have a proper organisational structure of any substance behind them - or if they do it's well hidden. |

You expect to talk to whoever is in charge at that moment. You'd expect someone to present themselves as the person in charge. That has not happened here. I suppose there may be no one in charge. But, that seems so very unlikely. This is a company that has customers all over the world. You'd think that would require quite a few people. Just from a customer service standpoint. |
