Not 100% sure TBH mate, cause I only got it about 10 hours ago, so I havent had time to really play with it.

I actually got it to measure 'steps walked' and monitor my sleep patterns... But it appears to do a lot more than that, so I'll probably learn more about the other stuff later...

Really need to wear it for a few weeks to enable it to gather some data for me to play with first :thumbsup

Yeah, give it a go. Theres a new model out, which includes a watch, and automatically knows when you sleep, and knows when you are climbing stairs, so there are a lot of discounts on the flex at the moment. I paid 25% less than the actual cost, from a legit bricks and mortar shop...

Its very light weight, so you wont know you are wearing it. However you have to tell it when 'sleep mode' is needed. So apart from that, just keep it on for a month or so and you'll have a lot of data to play with. :thumbsup

The default is steps. Its set at a recommended 10,000 a day - However, you can set it to whatever you want. Each time you complete 20% of your steps, it buzzes and displays a light. So when you have done 60 % it will buzz and show 3 lights...

On completion you get 5 lights doing a dance :upsidedow

As for a distance display, its possible I suppose, but I have not got enough data yet to know. The more data collected, the more ways it can display it, so its not obvious straight away. In other-words, it may just give me my total steps for 30 days, and then after that produce a graph that wasn't there before to tell me what distance it was over that 30 days...

The sleep thing is cool - Here is last nights results (Being 'awake' just means not being fully asleep - Not up and active)

And there are also lots of other graphs that have yet to be populated...

The best thing about it, is that t all works on its own. Whenever I sit at my computer, it just syncs automatically in the background, so no messing about with it :)

Does it show how many times you got up to poo?

No, it cant do that... Not because it isn't technically competent enough...

Its just that I choose to shit the bed, to save waking up and walking to the toilet :2 cents:

Yes you are right . If it was the android app it would show the awake in dark blue as restless and then if he actually got up to take a dump it would show in red as awake . Actually I think I like the android tracking better .

I bought the fitbit scales last month and took them back after a week, load a junk. They said I was 42% body fat. I'm not even half of that, pretty annoying that they can't even get that technology properly. My wife is 5' 5" 115lbs and it said she was 36% body fat, again, not a chance.
