How to get affiliates?

Hey guys,

I've built a pay site and set up a 50/50 affiliate program through ccbill.

What is the best way to go about getting affiliates to promote my site? If anyone has any tips, or might even be interested, please contact me using the info in my sig.

Any help appreciated! :upsidedow

You can set your affiliate program with Sliiing. This alone will bring you A LOT of affiliates.

I just put my content with a network who I think has a deal with Sliiing. I've never used affiliates as I have always been a one man operation. I really would like to have people who specialize in affiliate work do some of the traffic generation so I can be free to do other production tasks. Part of me is still unsure about it.
Should I expect a decent amount more traffic and sales?
Has anyone else gone years doing their own traffic and then given in to affiliate programs?
I'm curious to hear anybody's before and after story.
