Apparently, I am now royalty
A contractor called me "sire" today instead of "sir". I corrected him with "it's actually 'your majesty', but 'sire' works for now."
My (late) great uncle was knighted by the queen back in the 50's. By proxy I'm now 117,234th in line for the British throne.
Hey, you take what you can get, right? |
Maybe he meant sire in the verb form? If so, lucky you!
"Oh Well Hung Master" is how I prefer to be addressed.
Bet your ego loved that :-)
