Where are digital adult magazines sold? PDF, app, etc.?

Since Zinio folded UnderCoverMags.com, where can a person buy or sell adult magazines? e.g. PDF, app, epub, Kindle mags?

Anyone???

does MagCloud allow adult?

it seems like such a small market, not worth the effort.

Pretty softcore stuff on there only, from what I've seen.

Honestly, I like the magazine format, both as a consumer and as a producer, having started in magazines. I see some of the few magazines left standing have digital versions, but I don't see them anywhere outside of their sites.

I'm asking partly from professional interest and partly because I'd rather view content in that format. Now that everyone has tablets, that seems like such an easy no-clutter way to read.

Same as me. I've start working for magazines before. I like all the new media stuff. Its still a good seller. Some friends wrote books and make a good living from. We have some artists at moment, looking for platforms to selling their art and ebooks. Searching around most of them accept only softcore.

Deviantart.com is one, famous for fantasy content and many artists are there. But the conditions are not really good. You are complete under their control with everything.

Maybe a choice is https://www.flickrocket.com/en/
They take "adult" content but you need to use your own payment system. At the moment I'm not sure how much xxx they will accept.

That is interesting. What exactly does Flickrocket do? I don't totally get if they manage downloads or distro or what.

I know that having Google Play and iTunes be hostile to adult is limiting, but it seems like there must be somebody already doing this.

I know companies like Hustler and Playboy do release digital versions of their stuff. Playboy can maybe get exceptions in some distro markets, but are people really only offering digital explicit mags on their own sites and site stores?

I looked into it but the biggest problem was adding media even pics so that they open full screen and maintaining compatibility with all the android/apple/winders devices without having to customize the code....you have no choice but to use pdf epub simply cant do it and i never found an off the shelf app that could generate it

I've never tried to read a magazine on my phone. Just tablet and desktop. But PDF mags seem really enjoyable to me. Alas, not as much as print mags once did, but they sure take up less space.

When you talk about something off the shelf, do you mean an app where people can read in-app like zinio vs. download PDF like MagCloud?

Here's an example of a PDF mag.

Lookbook SS2015 - Tiger of Sweden

It's powered by iPaper.

Sites advertising filelockers appear to have them. Some companies have their own stores. But I don't see any digital news stands for adult. I'd assumed I didn't know where to look, but I guess they may not exist.
