ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) ? Two Albuquerque police officers were charged with murder Monday
in the shooting death of a knife-wielding homeless man that led to violent protests and
brought new scrutiny to the police department amid a federal investigation.

The first shot, where someone said "now" were those bullets or bean-bags? If they were bullets they shot a guy holding bags in both hands .....

I think that first shot was a flash bang grenade fired from the launcher on the rifle.

I'll assume they were "swat" guys then rather than regular patrol cops. What did the guy do if anything to warrant that kind of taxpayer response to a homeless guy camping?

Albuquerque has the highest police shootings of any force in the country, and interestingly enough this is the first time ever a cop has been charged there.
