Still dont understand these UK porn changes
 

Iv been reading about the new laws on here as well as google. What a crock of shite. It says the new law (i mean verifying the person is over 18 ) applies to paid porn. So what if someone has a british tube site that finishes in co.uk?. This law does not apply to them?. What about banning fisting etc. Do these laws only apply to porn you are expecting people to pay for?

I'm not clear on the new laws either, but I would that it extends to user upload tube sites.

1. ATVOD applies to any site that is run by someone in the UK. The site can be a .org, .com, .co.uk and so on. It also does not matter where its hosted.

2. The rules apply if you have vid on your site. No vid then it does not matter.

3. The new law (Jan 1st) means content must be the same as R18 films.

This is ridiculous. Even when you type british porn into google, its all the big tube sites that show up on the first page. So if you live in britain and have a free tube site, you need people to confirm via a credit card etc that they are 18 or over?. Absolute bonkers
