Not a pornstar site, but you could see here what I've made with WordPress, a $50 Template and some extra PHP coding.

Unfortunately when I coded my site I didn't think about the galleries with two models, so for a pornstar site with many lesbian or threesome galleries a different coding should be used with parent categories rather than an extra taxonomy as I did. |

I use it to add my own "model" taxonomy and adding custom fields for birthdate, vitals, twitter page... It also work to add custom fields for the classic category. But you will have to manage some coding to create your own category.php template to display these custom fields. |
