Pierced tongue.
 

Went to a high street restaurant in the historical part of a town - just to see if they can serve me better then my home made food. What I was surprised it was seeing a waitress talking showing her pierced tongue out, man, I had an instant boner while listening and staring at her mouth - best food outing experience ever.
