- Tumblr Crosspostr (seems to be the most popular, have not used it for too long, and have not thested the other ones)
- WordTwit (there are alternatives to this one, works good)

No, it does support the same file types as the freeware version. The only difference is ads. The Pro version supports various branding features (e.g. clickable logos and toolbar texts) and custom ads (pre-roll, post-roll, on-pause).

Ah, I think I have to suggest the xPinner plugin then. It automatically posts images to pinterest.com, sex.com, smutty.com and many other mainstream and adult pinboards.
