There are several people on this board that can help you in one way or another. A lot depends on who you want your "talent" to be. The following three come to mind, when your looking for someone reliable and reasonably priced:

Stefan from Amazing Content has models from CZ, SK, and HU. I am sure he can secure the camera man for you.

xxxtrailers.biz does excellent video editing work, and can likely find you PL/UA models.

antonisaev.com is another very capable shooter and editor, who can find you RU/UA models.
