why do you have to compare ISIS with KSA? ISIS are ruthless faggots who kills for entertainment and attention-seeking purposes.

Maybe because not the state directly but individual Saudi's have been funding Da'ish (ISIS) and every other puritanical Sunni movement in existence as well as flooding the Muslim world with fundamentalist Wahhabi interpretations of the Quran.

Just to make clear I'm not defending ISIS, I just found this infographics pretty interesting :)

Saudi Arabia is the best friend of the USA. So it is good. ISIS is bad. Nuf said.
