Hi, XIJ is back from a successful show circuit and we have some great job openings including

TRAFFIC SALES MANAGER-Remote EU.
Some of the details are:

• Identify and secure new advertisers
• Generate repeat sales from existing advertisers
• Work with Publisher team to identify and secure new mobile internet sites
• Identify and deliver to each publishers KPIs e.g. eCPM, average CPC, fill rate etc. in order to secure long-term agreements
• Identify and deliver to each advertisers KPIs e.g. CPA, in order to secure long-term agreements
• Manage supply and demand balance between advertisers and sites
• Develop ad-serving algorithms, inventory management and quality assurance technology with tech team.
