NEED HELP! GeoIP ad rotation Wordpress plugin?

Anyone know of any WP ad rotation plugins that let you specify which ads to rotate on your blog based on the GEOIP of the visitor?

Just install Maxmind's database on your box and use their redirection methods. It will be much faster and safer than any third party plugin.
