Does Donny Pauling Deserve Due Process?

I think we've seen enough creepy videos and photos, believe the state of California can skip the due process shit and throw away the key already.

pornguy 02-02-2015 03:57 PM

Like it or not. he does. as dose anyone accused.

420 02-02-2015 04:00 PM

Hang that mother fucker and let god sort it out.

Rochard 02-02-2015 04:10 PM

Of course he deserves due process. It's how the American legal justice system works.

However, Donnie is fucked. And I don't mean he dropped the soap in the show kind of fucked. He doesn't have the financial means to fight this. Donny's mother had depended on Donny for support; She is not in a position to help him at all. In fact, they've lost what little they have - with Donny unable to pay his rent or his car payment, they lost the apartment they were renting and his Subaru was repossessed too. His mother had to give away his two large dogs because she couldn't house them or care for them.

Donny deserves due process, but without the financial means to fight it he is actually fucked.

Personally, I believe he's guilty. He's never said anything or done anything to make me think that, but where there is smoke there is fire. This isn't the first time there have been such charges; They don't arrest people and bring them to trial unless they really believe there is something wrong done.

kane 02-02-2015 04:22 PM

He absolutely does. I don't think it will help him, but he does deserve it as does anyone accused of a crime.

As Rochard said, he doesn't have the money to fight this which means he is going to have a public defender. As the charges seem to mount against him I won't be shocked if he ultimately ends up cutting himself a deal to avoid a long, embarrassing trial that would likely end with him getting an even longer jail sentence.

JD 02-02-2015 04:53 PM

Of course. He's gonna get the shit processed out of him.

JesseQuinn 02-02-2015 04:57 PM

of course he does

the more serious the accusations, the more important due process becomes. lowering the standards of evidence just because a horrible crime has been committed is how innocent people end up in prison

based on what I've been reading here things look pretty grim for him, I doubt he's going to enjoy the due process he receives

Mr Pheer 02-02-2015 05:05 PM

Remember how innocent Michael Jackson was?

Nice to see so many here who get it.

Interesting contrast to all those in the other 'Donny' thread who dissed myself, Baddog, and Aaron, for saying basically the same thing.

My unwillingness to join the lynch mob tends to anger some here though. Always has.

He deserves due process and there's no choice it's the way it goes. As nothing to do with some calling him guilty and others saying they went to his home and stating prior charges where drop... blablabla.

Having prior charges drop doesn't mean he wasn't guilty back then.

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck.... :upsidedow

Of course he deserves due process. All we've heard so far is one side of the story, the accusations.

Anyone remember McMartin Day care? Twanna Brawley?

Lots of hideous accusations in those also.

Doesn't sound familiar. Was she accused on more than one separate occasion? This kind of thing happened to poor Michael Jackson. People are only out to defame donny and take all his church money.

TisMe 02-03-2015 09:35 PM

Twanna Brawley swore up and down that she'd been raped by white cops. When the truth finally came out it was a lie she told to avoid getting punished for being out late.

McMartin was a day care center where the employees were accused of molesting several of the children... except that at the end it came out that nobody was molested.

I'm just saying that we only know one side of whatever happened with Donny. I'm not defending him at all, never met or had any contact with him.

Bad luck.
