He spams all his stuff constantly -- if he see's your email somewhere, you're getting spammed.

In the past week I got a couple for MechTemplates, his webmaster forum, and his banner design site.

I just got for mechtemplates. and it's funny how unsubscribe link takes you to "update your email address"...

Yuu is a good guy IMO :) Getting some views from his forum too.
