Use e-mail marketing? Help me out?
 

I'm going to hire someone to do my email marketing to my current customers. Obviously the easiest way is to give access to my ynot mail account but then that also gives access to all of the people signed up on my email list.

They can do a template outside of ynot and I can input, but then it doesn't really help the person doing the job be able to track the clicks and open rate etc. It would be nice if they had some kind of user levels but it shows all the email addy's in the stats anyway.

How do other people ensure that their stuff doesn't get taken?

Create an email address and hide it on the list. If anyone uses that list without your permission, you will know about it quickly.

Well that doesn't actually prevent them from getting it. What if they took it and sold it to someone else?

I guess best way is just going to have to be to have them create the template on their own and then I'll send via ynot and consult with stats. I can't just open my list up to someone. That would be no bueno.
