Name one accomplishment that qualifies Hillary to be POTUS

This should be good for a laugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

They will squeeze Romney out to pave way for Hillary. That's who they want at this point in time.
Your votes do not matter, they will install who they want.
The government has been taken over.
BUT Keep living the old school fantasy...

Name one that qualified Bush Jr. or Reagan.

Robbie 02-05-2015 04:58 PM

Well...just like Brian Williams of NBC...she lied about taking enemy fire and then claimed later that she must have been suffering from "sleep deprivation" when she told her made-up story. lol

So that means she can lie just as good as a Bush, or an Obama, or even a Clinton! :)

That should qualify her to run for President for one of the 2 RULING Parties. :(

Rochard 02-05-2015 05:04 PM

On one hand I feel like she bought this "ticket". She was the governor's wife, then the President's wife, then they moved to NY where she could "quickly and easily" win a seat on the Senate. They picked NY for that reason - we all know this. Then the Democratic party gave her the Secretary Of State position because she was a contender for the White House, and they wanted her in a good position for 2016.

On the other hand.... There might not be any one more qualified to be President. She's been a political insider for what - twenty, thirty years of her life? Wesley, Yale, entered politics in 1972 campaigning in Texas for someone, then First Lady of Arkansas, then White House, then the Senate, then Secretary of State. I mean, name a country and chances are she's met with that leader or their predecessor and instantly fully understands the issues and problems facing that region.

In reality, is anyone really qualified to be President? What qualifications did Bill Clinton have - He was governor of freaking Arkansas? Being government of a single state hardly qualifies you to be President, and even more so if you are from New Jersey - I mean, the difference between President of the United States and Governor of NJ is like owning Walmart vs the Night Manger at a 7/11.

I can't wait for the next election. It's going to be hysterical.

I only want one thing... I Palin to run. Mostly because every third time she opens her mouth she says something utterly stupid.

Both had been governors of the state they lived in and not by riding the coat tails of their spouse who had been POTUS.

I don't understand why people just assume Hillary would win. I don't really care for her and her only saving grace is Bill Clinton would be in the WH again..

For the first time in history there will be no doubt the first lady has a penis.

bronco67 02-05-2015 06:09 PM

The Democrats shouldn't risk the presidency on the chance that first woman in history will be elected. Foolish.

The last few times I've seen Bill on TV he hasn't looked good. Like he's suffering from an illness of some sort.

Barry-xlovecam 02-05-2015 07:17 PM

She may get more votes than the Republican nominee -- that qualifies her to the office of President as in any presidential election.

We will probably survive a President Hillary better that we will survive a President Bush III.

I wouldn't vote for either one of them and I doubt either of them will be nominated -- they both have too much negative baggage.

Joshua G 02-05-2015 07:37 PM

she does have a big pair o balls.

:2 cents:

MaDalton 02-05-2015 07:39 PM

wasn't Bush jr. an alcoholic, drug addict and avoided military service?

plus a baseball team owner?

if thats not presidential material i dont know..

Yea he looks older that's for sure.. However he hasn't stopping working and doing charity type work since he left the presidency.

fappingJack 02-05-2015 07:56 PM

What "qualifies" Hillary Clinton to be President?

US Citizen born in the United States
Older than 35 years of age.
Lived in the United States for the past 14 years

There you go.

The U.S. Constitution provides as follows:

Article II Section 1 Clause 5:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

ilnjscb 02-05-2015 08:44 PM

269 electoral votes go to her.

Seriously, she was a senator and a secretary of state. Dumb, dumb question.

I haven't decided either way. I originally thought "Gee, she was just a governor's wife and then a President's wife who more or less intentionally positioned herself for a run for the White House. But when I looked into her history any more, she's got thirty or forty years of politics under her belt. She was in politics long before Bill became Governor.

She's got a cool head and won't go around starting wars. Proof? She didn't kill Bill when Monica happened.
She has faith in this nation's president. Proof? She believed Bill when Monica happened.
She's resilient. Proof? She didn't kill herself or went bat sh*t crazy when M8nica happened.
All that shows character.
Jokes apart, I like her. But then again I liked Obama before and he has been a great disappointment.

The problem is that they don't have much of a choice otherwise.

We laugh at the fact that right now there are something like 20 potential candidates on the republican side, but if Hillary announced that she wasn't going to run, the line up of democrats would be just as big and just as much of a mess, maybe even more so because many people have chosen not to even consider running because they assumed Hillary will.

pornguy 02-06-2015 05:47 AM

She will win. Obama and her are examples. After these two you wont see a minority or woman in that office for the next 100 years.

Both set up to fail.

Endless white men as presidents then suddenly a black guy followed up by a woman? Strange..

2MuchMark 02-06-2015 09:15 AM

If Hillary doesn't make any mistakes, she will easily become the democratic party nominee and completely crush any republican that has the unfortunate task of running against her in 2016. The only exception might be Jeb Bush. He's probably the smartest guy on the republican side.

As for the other potential republican nominees:

Christie: His tough guy act is running thin and he's just oozing with corruption. His trip a few days ago to the UK was paid in full by the King of Jordan. Illegal? YES! But Christie changed the law just days before. The guy has New Jersey-sized balls for sure.

Rand Paul : He MIGHT have had a chance, but his stupid and reckless Anti-Vax comments last week killed his chances. He's a fucking DOCTOR but he still lies through his teeth to pander to idiots.

Rubio : Seems like a smart guy and gave an impressive interview recently but I don't think he can stand up against Hillary.

Ted Cruz : 2016's answer to Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman. Total dumb fucking idiot. Oops wait - as it turns out he's actually very smart, but says stupid, ridiculous things anyway.

Everyone else : Hardly a blip on the 2016 radar.

Sorry guys - Hillary will win, easily.

dyna mo 02-06-2015 09:17 AM

Mark you must have problem with reading comprehension.
The thread title was "Name one accomplishment that qualifies Hillary to be POTUS"
Can you name one?
Being born in the USA does not count. Being married to Bill also does not count.

I could care less what Christie does or does not do. Obama was corrupt from the get go, this did not seem to bother you-it was all good in your book. He was unqualified to be president and we see what the result is.

As far as the rest of your post it's just a rehash of every post you make, we get it, you hate Republicans!

At this moment, no. However 2 years from now things may be different.

If gas prices are still low, the economy is doing decent and Obama's popularity has rebounded someone like Biden could ride Obama's coattails, but then again so could just about any other democrat including Hillary.
