Sounds like the Lexus was fleeing the scene of the accident:

A Prius stopped short in traffic, it was rear ended by a white Lexus, and Bruce rear ended the Lexus.

"The Lexus was sandwiched between Jenner's SUV and a Toyota Prius, Brooks said.
The Lexus then spun or veered into the quickly moving southbound lane of PCH, where it was hit head-on by a Hummer, he said. The driver of the Lexus died." SOURCE

Wow love how TMZ left out that the Lexus hit the car infront of her before Jenner hit her. Even the photos they took cropped out the front of the lexus that was wrecked before..

this sounds like a freak accident when you add in the 4th car and I can't see jenner being charged with murder for this.

Thought something was off with the TMZ story cause you just don't go high speeds while towing a trailer.
