Ice Cube, Dr. Dre Introduce the New Straight Outta Compton Trailer
 

There's more mayhem, hydraulics, and Paul Giamatti in the new Straight Outta Compton trailer. And there's also a one-minute intro from none other than Dr. Dre and Ice Cube, who preface the clip by discussing how they used their music to send an empowering message from one of the most dangerous cities in the country. "Our music was like our weapon," Cube says. "What a lot of people don't realize about N.W.A., is it's non-violent protest." The movie, about the hip-hop group's controversial rise to fame, comes out August 14.

Not gonna lie. Looks pretty fucking good.

It would have been cool if Dre and Eazy's sons had also played their fathers, but whoever this Jason Mitchell is, he sounds just like the late Eazy-E

Damn! I saw a cheep version of the trailer a month or so ago when it was played at a ice cube concert but this looks even better! I'll def go see this movie. Loved NWA back in the day. Fuck The Police! :thumbsup
