Buy a video then open it up in any video editing program even the Windows movie maker that comes with every windows computer. Find the 3-10 seconds you want to make a gif and delete the rest of the video before and after those points. Go to a site like https://imgflip.com/ and you can make a gif in under a min. After you buy movies the whole conversion can be done in under 7 mins

I can make you tranny ones but they come with our watermarks on them.

I don't think it's too much work for a few of them but I want like 1000 gifs. That's what I'm saying is time consuming. Not to mention buying all the videos to go with those gifs and not really even making use of the full video.

but do you have 1000's and do you sell them? just thinking out loud but if there was a market for buyers of "bulk" gifs would a content producer pay to have a bunch made? You figure the average sex scene you can make 3 to 6 gifs.

I'd be willing to offer my time to make 1000's of gifs from content that content providers sell really cheap. Maybe 50 cents per video and since you can sometimes get up to 6 gifs per video that is cheap. But I guess it comes down to is there a market of buyers willing to buy 1000s of gifs from content producers.

I think it would be a great market for adult bloggers. As a writer it helps you write the story and as the reader it helps you with visualization.

Anytime I need inspiration writing a sex story I immediately go to tumblr so having my own library of items for my writers that I can put my website watermark on would be the way to go.

Definitely don't want to do the grunt work though.

I'd be willing to do the grunt work and watermark and make gifs for you but the 50 cents per video is for A LOT of vids not just 3 or 4. I only do porn for a living so I'm always home online and have the time to do easy grunt work.

if you can watermark the video the gif will have the watermark. It's free but if you don't want their watermark you have to pay $10 per month. You also get bigger res and bit rate with paid.

If you're using a Mac I'd recommend GifBrewery, it's inexpensive and reliable. And if you want to be *really* innovative then minimize your gif to a HTML5 video with gfycat (it's a website, I can't post its URL while I'm below 30 posts here).

I would not pay for it, you can get it for free.
