Job Description:
AFFIL4YOU is committed to getting its affiliates the highest return on their traffic investment. With direct billing connections in many different countries, we are able to pay our affiliates the highest possible return. In countries where we do not yet have our own connections, we work with third party advertisers to add cross sells to our service catalogue, and as direct alternatives to our own services.
The Mobile Marketing Manager's responsibilities will include traffic optimization, business development, media buying and affiliate support. They will identify strong advertisers, troubleshoot reporting integrations, monitor traffic quality, deliver weekly performance reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
Ideal candidate will have experience analyzing web or mobile traffic, and will have worked with either Affiliate or Advertising Networks (e.g. clickbooth, openads, admoda, trafficjunky, etc.)

Requirements:
- Understand 3G/4G vs. WIFI traffic
- Subscription vs. PPD vs. CPI payment models
- Server-to-server postbacks
- Standard performance analytics (ARPU, revenue per thousand, conversion, rev-share, CPA, retention rates)
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer
- French language a bonus (not required)
- Local to Los Angeles is a bonus (but not required)
