I would agree that if you are just starting out (like it sounds) you should go with a tube script like Tube Ace
It is easy to figure out.
Although if you are looking for a membersite script.....I'm just as stumped as you as I post all of my content for sale individually at clips4sale.com

Build a Wordpress Tube site first, it is cheap, and after that if you succeed you have more money to invest something else if needed.

I have to say I downloaded the updated Tubeace and it's awesome. It works and it does quite well. Check it out.

Before you guys go and spend money on any software, do a search here first - see how people are being treated by the owners. Not going to mention any scripts in specific, but one has been mentioned here that has had: Huge security holes and quite a bit of an asshole owner.
