User content was always a grey area in the UK anyway...

Time to move your servers to the Netherlands.

So the only way to get round is to have consent from the person in the pic or video. Which isn't gonna be possible

'Revenge porn' every case probably needs to be proven an act of revenge or spite before arrests would be made. Content can always be removed from tubes filling out a DMCA.

All content on the net should have signed consent. 2257, age verification, ID. We always have written accounts :2 cents:

I am in the UK and i agree if it is done in "revenge" then this is the right call. With the ATVOD stuff, the ban on things like spanking/squirting its time i looked into how to get around this shit

What was a Civil Tort = Money Damages Judgement, is now;
A Criminal Offense = Fine and a Jail or Prison term.

Don't use a person's images without permission (or license) for porn.
