I heard Boston's gotten nailed pretty hard this season.

I saw the mayor had to scold Bostonians because people are going cabin crazy and jumping out of 2nd and 3rd floor office and home windows into piles of snow for fun. Very dangerous, somebody will break their back or worse.

Kids must be happy with all those snow days.

I am sure parents are not happy with these snow days. I got only 5 inches and I'm crying about having to walk through it to feed the animals!

In contrast we (here in Winterpeg, Canada) barely have any snow at all yet this winter. Our snowbanks along our streets are barely two feet high. Usually by this time of the year they are somewhere in the 3 to 5 feet range. I've seen them as high as 7 or 8 feet some years.

But when it's not here it's always somewhere else, obviously. Sorry to everyone else but I guess you got our snow this year. ha

If you want to have that quantity of snow every year, just move to central NY. Our average to-date is 99.9 inches but this year it's a bit slow. Only at 92.4 as of midnight. Seasonal record was 193 inches! That's the amount Boston has now.. plus around 100 more inches.
