Most companies in adult that i see doing well are pushing cams and dating. Mainstream there are a ton of different offers that do well.

If you're working with adult traffic, the best bang for your buck is sending it to real mobile offers. Direct carrier billing offers for 3G and apps for wifi.

Dating then cams then dick pills if you are targeting USA/CA. In EU, subscription sites are killing it on mobile if you can target carriers. Dating does well in EU too but cams aren't quite there yet for the majority of the EU countries.
