Can these sites rank?
 

My site is around a year old and was ranking for quite a lot of long tail keywords that was bringing me some google traffic. It was niche so i decided to change it into a tube site. I am pulling the videos from xvideos and changing the titles and descriptions on every single video. It never even entered my head that it might still be classed as duplicate. Yous think my site can still rank? :thumbsup

Not a chance. Thin content sites like yours are a waste of time. Only way to succeed is buying traffic.

Don't listen to the other guy, so long as the titles/description are different and your site has good user experience among other ranking factors, you should be good.

There are a lot of tubes using embeds from other tubes that still rank but it can change anytime.

Thanks guys. The site is around 12 months old and had a few thousand visitors a day before i changed it. Bit early to say but im seeing keywords higher now than they have ever been

Advice : write long description on every single video more than 200 words , that will help you a bit !

Do you have any examples of sites with descriptions like that? They don't have to be your sites just some you came across...

Man I have seen completely copies of site (non adult!) ranking higher than the original. It's all about those good old backlinks

When I have time I create wp tubes with only embeds and handwritten titles and descriptions. I have one site with 7000! manually added videos and it receives 100 google traffic per day. Then I have niche tube with 330 videos and it receives 450 google traffic per day. 1st site has more linking domains than the second one. I'd like to see the ranking factors - like really.

You're better off embedding content from internationally recognized brand tube sites and services so you can display them onto your site and change the keywords continually until the proper ranks are achieved.
