tubecamgirl is $80 PPS, it's not an "up to" it's plain $80. Some "up to $xxx" for few signups a period pay less than $80 anyway.

Well $150 for how many signups per period? That much is normally agreed with who sends lots of signups.

and so on .. till 250 ..
actually they pay only $75/signup :)
