At what point do we drop a nuke somewhere in the Middle East?
 

What does ISIS have to do before we and by 'we' I mean the rest of the world not just the US before we do what it takes to solve the ME's problems for them by the only means we have to accomplish that goal?

I'm thinking 3 months ago. We need to get in there and eradicate these sub-humans and send a message.

Good old America and the west. We created all these religious extremist groups by toppling evil dictators who actually did a quite good job of keeping their countries secure.

Now we have a whole fucking mess of parasites infecting the watersupply far reaching in the western world.

First you need to understand the problems of the Middle East.

The Middle East has had problems for thousands of years, as has Europe, the problem with the Middle East is while the rest of the world moves forward in its thinking, two steps forward one step back, the Middle East just continues to fall behind in every way. Their problems aren't fixable, we've tried and failed and we should stop trying, because yes we do make things worse.

I will be glad for Obama to be out of the White House for only one reason - Iran. Letting any Islamic country come anywhere close to a nuclear weapon is like putting an AK-47 into the hands of a 4 year old.

You do realize that the Middle East is a huge fucking place right? And most of these people [ISIS etc] aren't just sitting around on a military base. They're spread out, often among civilian population.

So you know, why not just commit massive atrocities in the name of hoping to wipe out a few thousand extremists. Good plan. Do exactly what they're doing on a larger scale... cause that won't make the US look like massive hypocrites or anything... Oh wait. They already do.

you realize it's not a "few thousand" militant islamists. They have estimated it in the tens of MILLIONS but they like to use the it's only 1-2% thing like it's no big deal. 1-2% of 1.6 billion people...........now that is a problem.

Though they are in the Middle East. Also, I kinda doubt that there is that much militant islamists. What the militants are doing right now? ISIS hasn't millions of troops.

I think this is coming soon - Not a nuke, but an all out war. You have an entire culture raised on hating other cultures, and you just can't have that.

Using a nuke regardless of the reason would undoubtably play out very bad. Once someone does it... someone else will... then another...
