Stolen content from tube site hosted by MojoHost
 

I'm trying to have a tube site remove a video of mine. I tried to fill the DMCA contact form on the site but it's still there. Monday I contacted their host (MojoHost) at billing@mojohost, sales@mojohost and dmca@mojohost with the details.

Still nothing has been done and I have received no replies.

Am I being impatient? What to do next? It was linked on social media and I would really like the video taken down :( It's a very small tube site that is stealing cam girl videos to promote Streamate :disgust

You should contact that Adult King guy, he seems to be good and solving that piracy problem this industry has... oh wait, you have to send him some money he can pocket and then do nothing :1orglaugh

Host has nothing to do with it. The host doesn't know who owns the rights, doesn't check paperwork....

One would think, that after two years of prancing around calling names and pocketing this industry's hard earned cash - YOU would be the one that had something to prove.

Are you sure about that? If a website company doesn't remove the content,t the copyright holder can then go to the hosting provider and demand action.

Congrats Chloe! Mojohost has a rock-solid rep so I would have been surprised if they had not got back to you quickly.

The hosting company is only "safe-harboured" until they are notified by the copyright holder that the content they are hosting is infringing on copyrights.

Mojo has a good reputation from the search I did here. I am not worried! :)
