Is legal for upload DVD to visitors free downland ?

I'm new into the market. Just wondering to ask, Is that legal for I'm launch a website, I'm upload DVD and to visitors free download ? Or ask cheap cost maybe 0.99$ for download ?

I think maybe copyright issue ??? But if I setup the host in the Euro ? such as FR ?

No you cannot do it. If you want to use DVD content then you must license it and obtain the content from an authorised content distributor.

I suggest AdultCentro - Global B2B marketplace for adult content licensing - you can license great DVD titles through them.

If you do not license the content and you just upload a DVD you buy from a store then you're breaking the law.
