What does line 945 of the functions.php file look like?

OI have the copy of the script that you sent me but the functions file has blank lines inserted all the way through so I do not know that the line 945 I see in there is the same as your line 945.

So, let's see what your line 945 says so I can synch this up and maybe figure it out.

Edited in: I almost forgot. It appears to be hitting a bad piece of xml in the cams.xml file. So, not necessarily a program error, more likely a data error.

Ok, well, like I said, seems to be an error in the actual feed.

So, first, are you still getting the error? Second, is it on all sites that you are using the script on or just one?
