Does that mean textless sites will rank higher than fictional story sites?

it means that their algorithm is supposed to understand the meaning of the page ?

Terrible idea. Who will decide what is fact? One persons fact can be another's propaganda. Will we now be seeing the emergence of Fact Engine Optimization?

The vault is being built, whether people like it or not... I'm interested to see how it gets worked into the search algorithm. Interesting system all around, whether or not it becomes viable.

In theory it sounds like a decent idea to get rid of misleading sites. But, no form of censorship ever works as intended.
