Guess how much weight I lost since Phoenix Forum?
Last year at Phoenix Forum I topped out at 251 lbs. I came home, went on a diet, and vowed to loose weight. My goal is to be under 200 lbs. I am 5'11".
I spent the past year on a strict diet (with occasional pizza), cut out soda, and a daily exercise routine that includes an hour of running each morning, an hour (or so) of basketball, and biking 10-20 miles a day. I run and shoot hoops every morning before 9am, and then bike on my lunch break or after hours. Guess how much I weighed in at this morning? https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...43124220_o.jpg |

Great job Rochard!
199 |
Well, judging by my observations in LA, I would have to guess that you fell short of your goal but that's okay as it takes time to lose it and leave it off
|
No stomach pic So we can guess of the first time
|
300lbs but all muscle??
|
no idea but congrats anyway, and keep it up :thumbsup
|
going by what you say you are doing, diet & real daily exercise, it's more than reasonable to expect that your regiment would lead to 1-2 pounds lost per week, so let's say 1.5 pounds lost per week
52 weeks x 1.5 pounds lost per week = 78 pounds lost so i guess 78 pounds, again based strictly on what you are saying. |
I don't know how long it's been since the phoenix thing but I'm going to put my guess in at 215.
Good for you for being healthier! |
As of this morning I am 221 pounds - I've lost thirty pounds since Phoenix Forum.
By this time next year I should be under 200 lbs. |
1 pound
By the price is right rules, if everyone else is over... I win. |
Don't care actually ...
|
Congrats, but if you'd like to economize your time better switch to sprinting for 10 to 15 minutes about three times a week....and drop the running and biking. Unless you like it.
You'll do even better...and I guarantee that. I can also guarantee you'll get back an hour of your life that you can use for other tasks. |

HOly shit man... you weighed in at 251?
Thats my size and I normally sit at 240. Im not guessing but Im having a hard time believing that you bike 10-20 miles a day. Ive had my fair hare of biking routines in the summer and thats a lot of space and time to cover. If you really did all that then you'd have virtually no time to do anything else but sleep and repeat. |

Nice Rochard! Keep it up..good for you. :)

I can do about ten miles in an hour - I can do a mile in about five and a half minutes. Usually I go once in the morning for an hour before work, and then once at about 7pm. On weekends I go longer. |
