Guess how much weight I lost since Phoenix Forum?

Last year at Phoenix Forum I topped out at 251 lbs. I came home, went on a diet, and vowed to loose weight. My goal is to be under 200 lbs. I am 5'11".

I spent the past year on a strict diet (with occasional pizza), cut out soda, and a daily exercise routine that includes an hour of running each morning, an hour (or so) of basketball, and biking 10-20 miles a day. I run and shoot hoops every morning before 9am, and then bike on my lunch break or after hours.

Guess how much I weighed in at this morning?

baddog 03-04-2015 10:56 AM

Well, judging by my observations in LA, I would have to guess that you fell short of your goal but that's okay as it takes time to lose it and leave it off

SekobA 03-04-2015 11:05 AM

No stomach pic So we can guess of the first time

arock10 03-04-2015 11:05 AM

300lbs but all muscle??

Jel 03-04-2015 11:06 AM

no idea but congrats anyway, and keep it up :thumbsup

dyna mo 03-04-2015 11:15 AM

going by what you say you are doing, diet & real daily exercise, it's more than reasonable to expect that your regiment would lead to 1-2 pounds lost per week, so let's say 1.5 pounds lost per week

52 weeks x 1.5 pounds lost per week = 78 pounds lost

so i guess 78 pounds, again based strictly on what you are saying.

MakeMeGrrrrowl 03-04-2015 11:17 AM

I don't know how long it's been since the phoenix thing but I'm going to put my guess in at 215.

Good for you for being healthier!

Rochard 03-04-2015 12:18 PM

As of this morning I am 221 pounds - I've lost thirty pounds since Phoenix Forum.

By this time next year I should be under 200 lbs.

Relentless 03-04-2015 12:19 PM

1 pound

By the price is right rules, if everyone else is over... I win.

CaptainHowdy 03-04-2015 12:21 PM

Don't care actually ...

bronco67 03-04-2015 12:24 PM

Congrats, but if you'd like to economize your time better switch to sprinting for 10 to 15 minutes about three times a week....and drop the running and biking. Unless you like it.

You'll do even better...and I guarantee that. I can also guarantee you'll get back an hour of your life that you can use for other tasks.

consistency is the key. you've got that part sorted out. 2 pounds a month consistently for a year and keeping up your regiment is you going in the right direction

It's inconsistent because his damn charming good looks keep winning him free pizzas and stuff.

pornguy 03-04-2015 12:48 PM

Nice work. I have managed to keep 35 pounds off for 2 years.

I was joking that you were losing weight inconsistently from eating all those free pizzas. The jerk part was because you removed the pics of that pizza.

L-Pink 03-04-2015 01:43 PM

So I win a free pizza date with Rochard? Oh boy .......

Mr Pheer 03-04-2015 01:44 PM

Check out some of the exercise videos by Leslie Sansone. They are mostly walking routines in your home 1 to 5 miles per day. You can easily knock off 25 of those lbs in 2 months or less.

HOly shit man... you weighed in at 251?

Thats my size and I normally sit at 240.

Im not guessing but Im having a hard time believing that you bike 10-20 miles a day.

Ive had my fair hare of biking routines in the summer and thats a lot of space and time to cover. If you really did all that then you'd have virtually no time to do anything else but sleep and repeat.

I've always a jogger, even when I worked for Lightspeed Cash in Phoenix. For some reason I stopped when I moved back to California.

I can do about ten miles in an hour - I can do a mile in about five and a half minutes. Usually I go once in the morning for an hour before work, and then once at about 7pm. On weekends I go longer.
