When I was younger I actually thought TopGun was a good movie and literally watched it everyday after school till I could quote the whole thing and annoy everyone trying to watch it with me.
What movies have you guys watched way too many times for your own good?

Star Wars maybe. Not everyday of course. Maybe 20-30 times for my life. As about TopGun, so I always thought it was a shitty movie. Saw it only once and never even tried to do it again. That's only my personal experience of course. Everyone has his/her own tastes.

NO...Looking back I realized it was shit. Im like what was I thinking!?!?!?!?

Top Gun for me also. It was the primary reason for me joining the military.

Oh MYFG, for real? You are not a pilot, so why TopGun? Why not Platoon (which is a real good movie) for example? Please explain.

P.S. I've joined military in my country not because of some fuckin' movie, but because I've must.

I liked 300 when it first came out, but when I went back and watched it I felt my wrists go limp and asked.. "can it possibly get any gayer than this? wtf me..?".

American Psycho was my most watched VHS tape.

Personally, none; but when my kids were little (like 5-8 years old) the two of them apparently watched Wayne's World with a passion. We would be driving places and they would recite the movie, word for word, including songs.

It used to crack them up when they got to

Porky's, Return of the Living Dead Part 2, Spaceballs and Star Wars were a few that I wore out.

I used to watch Natural Born Killers over and over again and when I wasn't watching it I'd listen to the soundtrack. I look back now and see that the movie was a steaming pile of shit. In fact I tried to listen to the soundtrack again a few weeks ago and made it about 3 minutes before turning it off.

I feel the same way about Road House. 89 was a good year for Patrick Swayze movies.

Platoon ruined it for me with the ending.. They fucking napalmed their own base and then he wakes up the next day in a forrest of green grass and trees while being smudged from head to toe with black smut from the supposed exploding bombs...

The past few years I've been into Californication... I can watch it over and over again.

Right now I am watching Sopranos.... Haven't seen it in years so I am watching it again from the beginning.

I *LOVE* Natural Born Killers. Not sure how I forgot this one. I think I've seen it at least 10 times. Sorry that you no longer like it. I still enjoy it today.

I liked Point Break too. I don't know why but there was always something depressing about it.

Of course, Road House. What a fun movie that is. I've seen it maybe 6 or 7 times, and would watch it tonight if it was on.

Can you tell me more about this? I heard that Tarentino wanted his name removed from the movie, but I never knew why. To me the movie is epic.

(And yes! Natural Born Killers and Reservoir Dogs are in the same universe. Nice find! So are most of Tarantino's flicks)


Just watched it again last month. Airplane is the perfect comedy.

One more failed show. Started well in 1-2nd seasons. After that gone to shit.

The most boring show in my life. I feel like a superman because I was able to watch this sadness and stupidity till the end. A movie about kiddie gangsters from the street who call themselves mafia. A mafia that steal VHS-d from tracks? For real??? Ah-aha-ha.... MAFIA my ass! :)))))))))))))

I was watching Topgun when I was a kid and I was laughing almost all the time because it was so stupid, childish and girlish shit about some stupid American clown who thought he can fly a fighter jet.

Then I was watching the Sopranos about two years ago. I've never seen so sad, boring and stupid show about cheap Italian street gangs. My wife has asking me all the times "when the action will begin?", and I told her... "wait a bit is should start soon". But no... no action has started and the show was boring and stupid from the beginning till its end.
