I just need it for 3 small sites 1-2 GB ram 250 GB HD 3 ips 500gb bw etc

Forget dedicated. Why not go for VPSNINE - they're in New Zealand and you can get a really decent VPS for $50/mo with as many IPs as you need. Quad core 3.4 Ghz and 3 TB band.

Be careful what you ask for as you won't get much service from most companies. I use Cyberwurx because they always take care of me.
