Reps Wanted To Promote Global Adult Industry Association
 

Global Adult Industry Association (GAIA) is recruiting online Representatives to promote our association to the millions of adult organisations, professionals and subscribers worldwide.

Each GAIA Rep is given an exclusive territory, which is represented by a city or suburb with a population of 500,000 - 1,000,000. GAIA Reps do not have to be based in the territory assigned to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of each GAIA Representative in their assigned market is as follows.

To promote GAIA online to adult organisations, professionals and subscribers.
Work for just 1-2 hours per day from your computer, iPad or Smart Phone.
To handle all requests for Sponsorship and Advertising
This can be done via Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Instagram and other social media networks.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Computer/Internet savvy
2. Online promotion skills
3. Social networking skills

REQUIREMENTS

1. Reliable computer
2. Mobile Smart Phone
3. Internet laptop or desktop computer
4. High speed internet
5. Skype and Facebook Account
6. PayPal Account

COMMISSION/PAYMENT
In return for their support, each GAIA Rep is paid commission on all Sponsorship and Advertising revenue generated from their assigned territory as follows

1. 10% on Advertising
2. 5% on Sponsorship
3. Every adult organisation, professional and subscriber that signs up in your territory is a potential Sponsor or Advertiser

All commissions due to GAIA Reps is paid on the 15th and 28th day of each month via PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

ACTIVITY TARGETS
All GAIA Reps must achieve the following targets in their assigned territory:

1. Must spend a minimum of 15 hours per week online promoting GAIA.
2. Must send a minimum of 200 instant messages per week to adult organisations, professionals or subscribers to invite them to join GAIA.
3. Must sign up a minimum of 15 new members each week. Membership is FREE therefore this s achievable.

Reps who consistently fall below the targets set by management over a 30 day period may be removed from the team.

SKYPE NETWORKING
Networking meetings for Reps are held weekly via Skype and Google Hangout..
